DO INDONESIAN GOVERNMENT DEPLOY RELIABLE AMMUNITION FOR COVID-19 MASS TEST? A COMPARISON OF REAL-TIME PCR KITS

Objective: This study aimed to compare the level of reliability three commercial real-time PCR kits in determining clinical samples.
 Methods: A total 40 swabs samples which were previously tested positive, re-test using BioCov-19 RT-PCR kit, Sansure coronavirus disease 19 (COVID-19) nucleic acid diagnostic and Kogen PowerCheck with Thermocycler (Roche). The amplification procedure is carried out based on manual for each kit.
 Results: COVID-19 was able detect positive severe acute respiratory syndrome 2 (SARS-COV-2) results detected both genes, while PowerChek™ 2019-nCoV kit 35 showed that SARS-COV-II BioCoV-19 Kit brand 34 SARS-COV-2 genes.
 Conclusion: show great ability detection, so they can be used presence samples, also mass screening.
